You may not wish to hire a doula but will still benefit from spending some time discussing your individual needs and perhaps previous birth experiences with me. The busy life-styles we lead and hectic work schedules sometimes mean that the most convenient way to discuss issues or challenges might be through a consultation over the phone. This service is available to both women and men who might want to discuss concerns or have questions related to a number of different topics. It has been shown in recent studies that having access to telephone support, particularly after the birth of your baby, can prevent postnatal illness.

You will be able to ask any questions around any topic with regards to:

• Pregnancy and birth
• How to be a great birth partner
• Infant feeding and the postnatal period
• Is what I’m experiencing normal?
• How can I get more control back in my life?

I'm able to give you information on any topics which you require more information on and point you in the direction of further support and resources.
